In recent weeks I have been writing on the merging of Google Places and Google+ Local search and the changes in Google’s review system. Both changes have been brought about to improve the quality of local search results, but it may mean also mean that businesses will have to create a Google+ Local page if they want to improve their local business listing in the SERPs. Could this be the drawcard that Google+ needs to bring in more users?
